Is there anyone who is camping able to go out early (like the weekend before or a few days before) and set up camp in our area.

The reason for this is that the park aren't supposed to reserve spots and they will only be able to put up our banner and people could come and take it down and just camp there.

If anyone is able can you please contact the park and let them know when you can go out and setup?

Sorry folks; I'm unable to volunteer this weekend.
A working trip to Thailand got in the way.

Hey all,

Is anyone planning on camping over the weekend?

I will be doing a day trip and so are most of the others I have spoken to, the reason I ask about camping was that we need to let the park know if we will be camping so they can account for more campers.

I am attending a meeting tomorrow night (11-09-2019) to discuss with the organisers - please let me know.

Event: Driving the Blues into the Dirt 2019

Information: The Motley Crew 4wd club is attending the Driving the Blues into the Dirt 2019 event at the Springs 4wd park. Club members will be helping out the event organisers with a gymkhana event.

When: Friday 10am 20th September - Sunday 22nd September at The Springs 4x4 Park.

Trip Leaders: Committee

Additional Information: We will be holding the Gymkhana event which will be held on Saturday 21st September. Please note that we may not be there on the Friday. Our hosted event starts at approximately 12pm on Saturday and we are requesting club members assist with some marshalling of the event.

So, after the meeting on Wednesday night - we are holding the gymkhana from 1300hrs - 1530hrs and we will only be at the park for the day trip.

We will need to score the events quite strictly because on Sunday they will be giving out trophies for each event and an overall winner.

Please note we are adjusting the time on the flyer to 0800 meeting at Aratula, as this means we don't all have to get up so early on a Saturday morning.
