Trip report
Date: 30 March – 2 April
Location: Yarraman Caravan Park

We enjoyed a wonderful Easter break at Yarraman Caravan Park (Because Boxxy said we had to go there) and the surrounding areas.

Good Friday was arrival/set up, a game of footy watched on Boxxy’s TV and the cocktail party.

Two cocktails were had before dinner (Rookie error) and after dinner is when it started to get interesting.

There were many great drinks made, a lot of dancing, laughter and one broken table. We look forward to the next cocktail party but let’s have dinner first.

The day trip on Saturday morning started off a little later due to a few sleep in’s.

We did a short trip through the diggings and that was fun for all

Ian started the tradition of picking up 2 pieces of rubbish per person on a trip which is a great idea.
After a challenging few tracks (Q and Sam almost on their side) we got to a creek crossing with some hidden rocks and then I decided to step it up and took a rather challenging climb.
After that it was decided we would return to camp and take it easy.

Saturday night was a delicious pub meal and the night spent by the fire with more dancing and some singing.

On Sunday we headed towards Kingaroy tourism centre, stopped for some club photos at the club bucket.

Sunday night meant a very entertaining night playing cards against humanity.

Turned out to be an early night Sunday as we were all still reeling from a big Friday night.
